Yien, I'm sorry you are having trouble uploading images. Let's see if I can help.

First, make sure your images are no bigger than 1024 pixels wide or high. Also make sure your images are no larger than 300 KB. (I reduce the pixel dimensions and image size in Photoshop, but just about any image management program would work.)

Then, follow the directions here.

If you still have trouble, please post a description of your problem.

Cheers, :D

Yien, I see that you posted again while I was writing a response to your earlier post. No problem.

For the "file size" problem, just make sure that your images are no more than 1024 pixels high or wide, and that the image size is not more than 300 KB. If you are uploading jpegs, you can of course adjust image size by varying the quality level.

The message that "Filesize exceeds limit" means that:
  1. the image file is longer than 300 KB, and
  2. the image size is already 1024 pixels or smaller on both axes.
So, your image is already the correct number of pixels.

Now you just need to reduce the JPEG compression quality to make the file size fit within 300 KB.

If you are using Photoshop, then Save For Web & Devices is usually the best method.
