Marci,
Using PocketWizard TT1 & TT5 for remote flash, the manual says Nikon modes not supported:
Mirror Up
Exposure Delay
and a couple others.

This will be a "Gotcha" if you use constant lighting, and then try to go to flash.......
It go me.....
