Nice stuff. I think you posted this in the wrong section though. Can you share the specs for this shot? I am curious as to what magnification you used.
I'm in Canada! Isn't that weird?

This is very nice!

Like abpho mentioned... it is always interesting to learn more about how it was done.

Posting here is fine, but you should have no qualms about putting this in the "regular" photomicrography section.

thank you ,
i used a BX40 with a 4x magnification.the lighting came from a vertical illuminator and an ikea lamp with pingpong ball attached to it.
my camera is cannon 550D with a "lens adaptor" that i put instead of the eyepiece (i dont have a trino head).
i did the stacking with zerene.
i used photoshop to remove "hot pixel trails" and to adjust the contrast and white balance of the image.

Thanks fir the info Michabir. I thought this was taken at a much higher magnification. Interesting.
I'm in Canada! Isn't that weird?
