Excellent photos. Always a pleasure to be able to see dragonflies perched in the cold morning, covered with water drops.
You have got the genus right, it's an Orthetrum, but not cancellatum. It must be an immature male Orthetrum coerulescens (Keeled Skimmer). The best clues are the very uniform coloured thorax, and the black cross-stripes on the abdomen.
