olympus ah-2 phase contrast

Olympus made something described as a "phase-contrast slit attachment" for the Vanox-t ah-2 microscope. I've never seen one and would love to see what it looks like/ acquire one. Any leads or pictures would be greatly appreciated.

I suppose that it would look very similar to your DIC condenser prism slider because it will fit in the same slot (but just a guess!)
