Shipping is free within the U.S. If someone elsewhere wants the item, I'm sure one of us here in the states would accept delivery and send it on in a more cost-effective way.

I know nothing about this lens, but do know the seller to be first-rate.

There have been some very good results posted in this forum. Based on those, I have been meaning to bring mine out of storage but I have so many others that will do similar things, possibly slightly better.... Unlike some of those it does have variable aperture.

The 35mm f/2.8 has a more applicable and 'practical' range. I would expect appropriate microscope objectives to out perform the 20 f/3.5.
