I really like the fifth picture.
Is it done under a microscope or camera and lens ?
Which lens did you use on the fifth?

All of them was taken with the Olympus BX53 microscope. The fifth photo I think was taken with a 4x/0.16 UPlanSApo objective and if I remember correctly, I used darkfield. This is a stack of course.

Unfortunately not yet, I am still using the Olympus BX53 demo microscope that will be returned shortly (with no DIC optics :( ). My order is in and I expect it to be delivered in about 3-4 weeks.
