Interesting thing about this flower is that the blossoms change color as they mature.

thank you.... this is quite a nice flower to photograph.. wall hanger.. I do love high mag but bugs are just not wall hangers :D

I did give one of my spiders to an exterminator once.. he hung it.

When I read this I immediately imagined a timelapse of focus-stacked images. It would make for a lovely movie, I think (and be an enormous amount of work, unless you got some serious automation going).

Yes...good idea..If you mean the change in the blossom over time this would be quite ambitious. The change in this flower is striking. However, if you meant for a single image, I saw this done years ago on this forum for a spider (I believe) and would be much easier to achieve.
