Here is the result of the first test done with the WeMacro WeMate.
I think I will really like this tool.
111 exposure stack of a moth's eye and proboscis.

Re: WeMacro WeMate Test
Hi,
It would be best if you said what magnification is and what lenses, camera lighting etc you used for people to better help you.
First the subject looks well prepared, without any visible dust which ruin most pictures. In my first pictures you could see more dust than insect.. I leave in a dusty place..
But it lacks fine detail and this can be for several reasons (Diffraction, wrong lens used, camera shake, not enough time to stabilise the geas between shots..) Also light diffusion could be better, those reflections end up ruining some of the fine details.
Framing maybe is too tight; if could have left some air on the left so the proboscis could be fully seen. When stacking deep subjects you end up with a tighter framing, I sometimes leave some extra air just in case and then crop if necessary.

Re: WeMacro WeMate Test
Thank you, Javier.
The camera is a Nikon D750. OMAX microscope with a LAN 4X objective was used on this shot.
I appreciate the comments and suggestions.
