Hi everyone. I present to you a slide that's more than a century old, lots of beautiful diatoms to be seen. This is a freshwater strew mount by one of best mounters/companies back in the days. It's still flawless despite the age!

That is very nice! A precious piece of glass you have there.
It does remind me, though, that modern prepared slides of biological specimens are now often terrible and generally unusable. I speak especially of slides for tissue sections.
