However I did not read your article in Micscape yet, I must tell you that van Leeuvenhoek is my idol. My interest for building of hand-made microscopes and getting the knowledge about the microworlds began from J.Kruif book tittled "Microbe hunters". I found there some informations on Leeuvenhoek, about his microscopes and his discoveries. Antony van Leeuvenhoek inspired me for the rest of my life
