Excellent images, I most like the first one, incredibile.
Could you explain your method of crystallization? Sugar and salt are very different substances, not likely to crystallize together

Love the colors and the geometry. Would you mind sharing how you got sugar and salt to crystalize together? Also, was the first image in polarized light?

Both images are DIC, first one is done with lambda plate.

Pau - I just mixed them in a drop of water and left to dry... I have no scientific knowledge when it comes to crystalization, so I just leave it and see what mother nature does (:
