The current of the Life in the alga Closterium

In this video we look at the movement on the inside of a freshwater algae of the genus Closterium found in the lagoon "Paso del Rey", parallel to the river San Jose, Department of San Jose - Uruguay - South America.
In each of its ends notes a vacuole containing crystals of sulphates of calio, barium or strontium
