I'm glad you like my photograph. I like this shot too. It has few colours, but I think the most important is its pattern.

Sadly I have no knowledge of the subject...................but what wonderful inspiration for a fantastic stage setting..........for a Grand Opera or even a Ballet may be?

Did you make a melt of pure citric acid, or did you somehow extract it from lemon juice?

Thank you for your compliment.
The Citric acid taken in this picture isn't pure citric acid. It was foodstuff citric acid (used in the kitchen for meals preparing ). This substance during evaporating forms very various crystals depending on a lot of conditions. Below I am enclosing few other shots of various forms of my citric acid.
