Golden Fungi

Post by Ken Ramos »

Well sort of golden. I noticed this glimmering in the noon day sun on a tree branch, after a mornings rain. :)

Great find Ken and a very nice study in gold. I saw something like this on a dead tree this summer, but when I went back they were all shriveled and just stains on the bark  Probably a Jelly fungi?

Probably the same thing Doug. I went back the day after I shot this and found pretty much the same, just a dark stain on the limb. Thanks :D

Marvelous! :smt023 I like that honey colors and discrete presence of lichens.
