It's a shield bug (order Hemiptera), but it's difficult to see which genus... this one has nice iridescent metallic colors.

Thanks Santiago, although I have not actually seen it, I think that the female was already feeding before being approached by the male. The feeding robber fly in the first picture dropped the bee after a while but they continued flying around as a pair. I don't think it was because of me. From what...
