Re: Spider Belly
Very nice! We have the same species of spider. It is so amazing how they can make this small orb web across the cup of a curled leaf. =D> Mark Sturtevant Dept. of Still Waters Thanks Mark, The little guy has been in the same plant in different leaves for many weeks. Re: Spider Belly
Thanks Rik…I have only used Zerene as a stereo preview guide to make sure the frames were arranged correctly left to right. I will try it out as a high rez stereo viewer.

Re: Spider Belly
The stereo is clean & vivid -- very nice! I am curious about technique. The reflections at lower right have some differences that are not typical for synthetic stereo. Re: Mixed Medley Macro
I would have thought that these images were stacked. Amazingly good detail for such small aperture images. I will have to reconsider small apertures for field shots.

Spider Belly
This Araniella displicata spider set up house across a leaf of a hydrangea. It's habit is to reside between its web and the topside of a leaf trapping its meals in between the two revealing its underside beneath the web. The remains of a meal is visible in the upper left hand side of the frame. Spec...

Monarch Butterfly Egg
I have longed to find a butterfly egg but only found the eggs of other critters until last week. During a park outing one turned up on the backside of a milkweed leaf. An iPhone photo had sufficient detail to determine that it was a single egg laid on its end in typical butterfly fashion. There was ...
