I'm interesed in the "local contrast" enhacement of the image, is a post process after the stack is ready or is a part of the processing of individual slices?
I'm trying different processing configurations in Cameraraw and is always difficult to get a good balance.
I normally use 0.01mm steps with the same camera and optics and work fine with no bands. Is the graduation of a standard micrometric stage and greatly convenient! (use the nonius scale is not easy for me)
