The yellow one is a Candleflame - maybe candelaria concolor. It usually grows on the same tree with Star Rosette Physcia stellaris one of the leaf lichens. Lichens are a great indicator of good air quality. A facinating subject for macro photography. Really beautiful. Great photo.

Spruce Budworm parasites
A Braconid Wasp Meterous trachynotus and two Tachinid Flies Ceromasia auricaudata and Madremyia saundersii are known to attack the Spruce Budworm larvae.
