There is no lack of information on lenses for macro. Details about macro-specific abilities of the cameras is difficult to find, and it makes it hard to choose a system.

Hi Ozelot, It seems to me that your gear is more than sufficient for stacking in the field. The extra pixels (30MP vs 21MP) aren't enough to matter imho and your lenses are good too.
